We sell printable digital banners designed for parties and celebrations such as bridal showers, baby showers, birthdays, and more. Our banners come with ready-to-print files, including pre-made phrases, decorative images, and helpful instructions to make setup easy.
How do the printable banners work?
It’s simple!

- Download the digital files.
- Print, cut, and assemble your banner.
You can hang the flags using string, ribbon, twine, pegs, or even attach them directly to the wall with tape.

What size are the banner flags?
- The standard flag size is 6.5 x 9 inches, with one flag per US Letter or A4 page. Some banners come 2 per page. Please refer to each individual product listing for sizes and exact details.
- You can adjust the size by changing your printer settings (eg. scale to print smaller or multiple per page).
What file format will I receive?
All banners come as PDF files, some may be bundled together in a ZIP folder for easy download. You’ll need to unzip the file to access the contents.
What materials do I need to assemble the banner?
To assemble your printable banner, you’ll need:
- A printer
- Paper (bright white works best)
- Scissors or a craft knife
- Hole punch (optional) or tape/pegs
- String, twine, or ribbon for hanging
What kind of paper should I use?
For best results, we recommend:
- Bright white thicker paper or thin cardstock (makes cutting and hanging easier)
- Testing with one page first to ensure print quality and color output
- Using a home printer or a local print shop if needed
Will the colors look the same when printed?
Colors may vary slightly from what you see on your screen due to differences in printer settings, ink types, paper materials, and monitor calibration. This is a normal part of printing at home. Always print a test page if you’re unsure.
Are these physical banners?
No. These are digital download products. No physical items will be shipped. You’ll receive instant access to files after completing your purchase.
Can I edit the files?
Most of our files are not editable but come with alphabet letters and phrases for customization. Please refer to the listing description to see if editable files are included.
How do I download my purchase?
After completing your order, you’ll receive a link to download a ZIP file containing your PDFs. Make sure you have a computer or app that can unzip files.
Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
As these are digital products, we cannot offer refunds, cancellations, or exchanges.
